Rikki Chan, Director of Strategy + Insights

Rikki Chan is a versatile marketing strategist and researcher with a career spanning data analysis, product development, and brand crisis management across Europe and Australia. She began her career in qualitative research and strategic analysis, contributing to studies later acquired by Schlesinger. She then served as a data analyst at Booking.com.

After the onset of COVID, Rikki transitioned into freelance consulting, collaborating with Roland Berger’s environmental department in Germany to explore emerging green technologies. She also worked on executing strategic initiatives for GE Current, helping influence prospective customers throughout the smart cities buying cycle. She has since worked with tech and SaaS companies in the UK and Australia, guiding product development initiatives and helping brands adapt to evolving market needs.

Notably, Rikki led crisis management and rebranding efforts for Lumin following a major data breach, helping to restore customer trust and reposition the growth company.

Beyond her professional work, Rikki is deeply passionate about animal welfare, with a special dedication to supporting dogs and cats in need. She holds a degree from Arizona State University.
